Information stored on your device
Aveli stores the information you enter — including your display name, income, budget, transactions, amounts, categories, merchants or locations, notes, limits, reminders and savings goals — in local app storage on your device. Aveli does not require an account and does not operate a server that receives these financial records.
Optional usage analytics
Aveli asks for your permission before enabling Firebase Analytics. If you agree, Analytics may receive limited app-usage events, such as which screen was opened, the type of action completed, app language and currency, and coarse count or progress ranges. This helps improve reliability and usability.
Firebase Analytics may automatically process technical information such as app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, and approximate geographic information derived from network data. Analytics is configured without advertising identifiers or ad-personalization signals.
You can decline Analytics when first asked or turn it off at any time in Aveli Settings. Turning it off stops future Analytics collection from the app and resets the app’s Analytics data on that device.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Aveli schedules local notifications on your device. Notification permission is optional and can be changed in your device settings. Aveli does not use push-notification tokens or a remote notification service.
Sharing and sale of data
Aveli does not sell personal data. Aveli does not use your data for third-party advertising. Limited optional Analytics data is processed by Google Firebase as described above and under Google’s applicable privacy and security terms.
Deleting your information
You can delete transactions and other records inside the app. Uninstalling Aveli removes its local app storage according to your operating system’s behavior. You may contact us about privacy questions or Analytics data requests using the address below.
Children
Aveli is a general personal-finance utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the effective date on this page will be updated. A new permission choice will be requested when required.
